Job Description:

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the existing Channel Partners and procuring new Channel Partners
  • Develop weekly/monthly sales goals / pipeline in conjunction with Sales Manager
  • Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models
  • Demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers
  • Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale
  • Create and conduct effective proposal presentations or demos that identify prospects business problems, the effects of the problems, and the solutions to their problems.
  • Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned accounts to maintain accurate records to maximize company future potential.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team
  • Effectively maintain and retain existing customers by building long-term relationships
  • Build customer base by meeting with potential clients and educating them on the benefits of our products
  • Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified time frame
  • Perform collection activities as required
  • Participate in continued education to learn about new products and improved sales techniques
  • Track personal sales statistics and submits them to Sales Manager for period reviews
  • Complete proactive customer service calls

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:
  • This position is full time and is available immediately.
  • All candidates MUST be from the telecommunications / VOIP industry and live in South Africa.
  • Our office is located in Cape Town and we are only seeking local candidates.
  • Salary is negotiable based on individual experience and will include Target Bonus.
