Overall Purpose
  • The primary focus of this role is provide leadership of all Aurecon's relationships with a select portfolio of key clients within the Energy Market – Africa
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to support the broader Aurecon and generate leverage across the full depth and breadth of clients in the portfolio
  • Strategic approach to client account management: research- based approach to selection of clients; mic of clients in a portfolio; risk/ reward balance within the portfolio; influence our investment opportunities
  • Develop client management talent and ensure the right people are in the right client roles
  • Investment in long- term client relationships: developing a deep understanding of the clients' businesses; sharing insights; partnering and testing new ideas; designing and delivering client experiences that set us apart; and investing in our capabilities and skills to better service clients' current and future needs
  • Lead work winning efforts with our key clients – a team- based approach but where there is a clear leader and a single point of accountability.
  • Support regional, operation and project leaders to ensure exceptional service in delivery and reduced write- offs and PI claims
  • Be the Client Manager for at least one key client in their portfolio
  • Provide a visible market presence for Aurecon – promote our brand in the portfolio's market
  • Actively support Aurecon and our clients' health, safety and environmental standards
