Location: America Region-Peru; Africa Region-South Africa; Asia Pacific Region-Indonesia; Europe Region-Germany; Europe Asia Region-Russia

 

 

Detailed description of responsibilities:

1. Business Planning: The regional three-year strategic planning / annual planning / business development of the annual plan; The development of regional business indicators and analysis; The regional business indicators questioned and publicized.

2. Business analysis and monthly communication: To convene, coordinate, follow up on regional monthly communication meeting; The preparation of regional monthly, quarterly, annual business analysis;Follow and confirm the implementation of the scheme.

3. The Improvement and Execution of Business Plan: The new model, the discussion and formulation of the program, and fully communicate with the branch to reach a unified opinion;As per the plan for the promotion and implementation of the program; The bonus system and the implementation of program evaluation and control.

4. The Control and Improvement of Business Incentive Plan: The promotion plan audit report; Business cost management incentive plan; The analysis and evaluation of the implementation effect of the branch office business incentive plan.

5. Business operations: the focus of national approval of business operation related work; the focus of national business operations guidance; key countries to provide support and services.

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

1. Possess a bachelor degree or above; Management related professional;

2. Good in economics, based on marketing related professional, and contract law, product knowledge, negotiation skills, and other aspects of training; Be able to organize and development of marketing planning, marketing strategies, product development and other work; With good customer awareness and direct marketing industry information integration and comprehensive data analysis capabilities; Familiar with the company's products and related products market; Have a keen insight and analysis capabilities of the global trend in overseas markets

3. 8+ years’ experience in direct selling industry.

4. Have strong management skills, able to work under pressure, good coordination, good communication, decision-making, innovation and good execution ability; Meticulous, rigorous, and a strategic thinker; Have good judgment and decision-making ability, interpersonal communication and coordination ability, planning and execution ability; Have a strong work enthusiasm and sense of responsibility. At least a master in a foreign language, Fluent in English.
