Job Description:

The Trade Marketing Manager is accountable for developing and implementing the 4P strategy across specific categories, executing business growth plans as set by the Sales Leadership Team. Playing a key role in the Sales team, will oversee the achievement of customer and channel plan.

Job Requirements:

Requirements:
  • Educated to minimum bachelor’s degree level in a commercial subject
  • Minimum 5+ Years account management and trade marketing experience gained in FMCG or Consumer Health; proven track record /sales experience with key international or local retailers 
  • Demonstrated success in P&L management, budget delivery and growth momentum
  • Additional functional experience, preferably in retail, Brand Marketing and/or Finance is an advantage
  • The business language in RB is English; therefore fluency in this language is essential. Fluency in other languages(s) is advantageous
  • Results oriented, entrepreneurial, proactive and self-motivating.
  • You’ll demonstrate financial and commercial acumen and understanding of business issues/opportunities
  • Leadership & interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships & influencing internal teams
  • Must have proven ability to be flexible, multi task and drive key projects in a fast paced, high demand environment
  • Confident and capable of operating and presenting at all levels, good team player
  • Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation.
  • Must possess a can-do attitude and take initiative to handle and resolve issues independently and quickly when faced with obstacles
  • Strong sense of urgency with ability to drive business critical projects; can work independently under general direction 
  • Problem solving and decision making skills, with an ability to think outside the box
