You will:
  • Manage your team effectively to optimise the structure and geographic coverage of the sales force.
  • Understand local consumer behaviour, and analyse market demand and sale forecasts.
  • Define SMART objectives for each activity cycle.
  • Help our brand to grow by giving regional managers business ideas and preparing development plans.
  • Prepare, develop, train and motivate a high performance team.
  • Manage and control the budget for programmes and activities.

Job Requirements:

With a university degree, you’ll have relevant management experience gained in an FMCG company. As an inspirational and motivational leader, you’ll be used to raising your team’s performance, with a focus on delivering results through innovation and growth. You’ll also have a strong analytical approach, with the ability to provide strategic direction and make decisions and excellent organisational and planning skills.

Naturally, you’ll be a good communicator in both English and the local language to your area and will be open and accessible to your team. Ideally you’ll be a graduate in Business Administration.
