Job Description:

An Account Manager  is the main point of contact between Menshen and its clients and is responsible for the development of healthy long-term relationships with customers, partners and suppliers, with the aim of increasing sales and the positioning of Menshen in the market.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop strong and healthy relationships with customers, suppliers and partners. 
  • Act as the main contact point between customers and all relevant areas of Menshen. 
  • Proactively seek out and qualify potential new clients. 
  • In existing customers, maximize their retention through satisfaction with the services provided by Menshen, as well as ensure renewals and promote sales of new products. 
  • In collaboration with Menshen Product Specialists and their partners, identify opportunities for sales growth. 
  • Recognize any points of disagreement with clients in order to manage and overcome them, solving conflicts and presenting solutions. 
  • Monitor sales metrics and display internal reports (for example, quarterly results and annual forecasts). 
  • Make presentations of the products and services to the clients, from the managers of the IT Directorates to the Administrators. 
  • Ensure the delivery of correct and timely proposals in coordination with internal teams, suppliers and partners. 
  • Determine and communicate internally what factors of success or failure in sales and renewals, and contribute to the improvement of internal processes.

Job Requirements:

General REQUIREMENTS 

  • Age between the ages of 25 and 40
  • Angolan Nationality or with a Resident Card in Angola
  • Resident in Luanda

Formation

High preference for candidado (a) s with university degrees in G are in business, PUBLICITY & Marketing, or other related.

Experience Professional

  • Previous experience in business positions and customer relationships, with preference for someone with large customer experience
  • experience in the elaboration and negotiation of budgets and commercial proposals
  • good knowledge in the use of computers and Office tools

Languages ​​& Communication

  • Domain of the Portuguese Language
  • Dominion or comprehensive knowledge of the English language
  • High communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally at all levels of organizations, including individuals with top positions in the largest national and international companies (eg Microsoft Regional Manager, Directors of the largest Angolan banks, etc.)
