Job Description:

This professional is responsible for ensuring the management and implementation of Human Capital Management projects in accordance with the Bank's objectives and strategy, optimizing the variables Quality, Time and Budget. This professional is also responsible for the analysis of information and reporting of this Directorate, ensuring quality and compliance with defined deadlines. 
Responsibilities
  • Ensure the implementation of projects defined in the Human Capital Department, maximizing efficiency in terms of time and costs and coordinating efforts to leverage resources (people, technology and communication).
  • Ensure a prioritization of projects, in line with the strategic objectives defined.
  • Produce monthly portfolio reports to monitor their execution, within defined deadlines and budgets, identifying possible risks or needs to review priorities.
  • Ensure the implementation and maintenance of the project methodology and maintain the focus of the project team members in the execution of the planned tasks.
  • Ensure the extraction, analysis and reporting of information available in Human Capital (SAP, People Fluent) systems according to defined objectives and periocity .

Job Requirements:

Relevant qualifications and experience
  • Degree in HR Management, Psychology, Law or other relevant areas
  • Specific knowledge of Human Resources Management (Recruitment, Training, Career Management, Wage Processing, Performance Management, Labor Discipline, etc.)
  • Fluent English
  • Generalist: Years: 6 - 10 years
  • Project Management and human capital consulting: Years: 3- 5 years
Knowledge / Technical Capabilities / Skill
  • Ability to plan, start, execute, control and close projects; 
  • Ability to compile documents, schedule meetings, update project plans, coordinate feedbacks, and organize project-related records; 
  • Knowledge and skills to produce reports on the status of projects, including progress, risks, problems, resource allocation and realization of benefits; 
  • Ability to efficiently and efficiently manage data extracted from systems; 
  • Ability to analyze data extracted from systems and produce reports.
