Job Description:

Ensure that all business and growth goals of the agency are met, that clients receive consistent, high-quality service in all areas (operations, sales, relational management, services in general) and that customers are migrated to the most appropriate and profitable channel. Also ensure that risks associated with the agency are effectively managed. 

Responsibilities 
Customer Acquisition and Sales
  • Achieve the established financial and sales growth targets for the agency
  • Know the market and opportunities around the agency by ensuring that sales tactics are appropriate for customer segmentation.
  • Establish a strong sales culture in the agency by distributing daily sales targets to each team member, generating daily sales reports and celebrating sales successes on a daily basis
  • Ensure that your team has adequate knowledge in sales, products, alternative channels and customer management
  • Ensure that sales are converted into profitable relationships (salary domiciliation and transactional principal account)
  • Ensure that the open accounts are effectively active and with initial deposit
  • Promote high cross selling rates per customer
  • Identify new WPB opportunities in conjunction with WPB teams
  • Identify potential new Commercial customers in conjunction with the business team to bring the transactional account to the bank
  • Be a visible and well-known person in the community around the agency continually looking for new opportunities to gain more market share
  • Assist the sales team in the loyalty and retention of significant and value-added customers, thus achieving maximum sales.
Quality and Customer Service
  • Ensure high standards of service to clients served at the agency, namely, sales, commercial management, transactional services and general customer service support.
  • Ensure that customer complaints are monitored and causes are quickly identified and corrected to prevent recurrence
  • Ensure that opportunities to migrate customers to more appropriate and low-cost channels are continuously identified and triggered
  • Ensure continuous customer orientation and efficiency.
Compliance
  • Always ensure that when new accounts are opened the KYC is completed
  • Proceed with price disclosure to customers
  • Maintain an adequate record in all functions within the agency.
Risk management
  • Ensure that the following instructions are established and respected by all areas under control:
  • Identify the main risks affecting the function and ensure that the necessary measures are taken to measure, monitor and control those risks
  • Ensure the maintenance of an effective control structure with control activities defined at each level and properly segregated.
  • Monitor internal controls to ensure their adequacy and effectiveness. Recommend whenever necessary the revision of controls to the Operations and Branch Control reporting new or uncontrolled risks.
  • Maintain a culture within the agency that emphasizes and demonstrates the importance of internal control in all employees
  • Ensure that routine checks on new operations are applied effectively, particularly with regard to routine compliance
  • Ensure effective compliance with established limits and levels of access to systems and information.

Job Requirements:

Relevant qualifications and experience 

Degree in
Banking, Business Management, Finance or Economics. 

Experience
Functional Area: Individuals and Companies Banking
  • More than 4 years of experience in related areas;
  • Experience in managing people and various activities is essential
Knowledge / Technical Capabilities / Specialty
  • Risk Management 
  • Reception and Customer Channeling 
  • Regulatory framework of the financial industry
